Serviceability of The 9000 Series Combines

Simple Design And Easy Serviceability

Massey Ferguson 9000 Series combines were designed with a vision of durability, reliability, and simplicity while providing a family of highly productive machines. That design vision is expressed with features such as a hydrostatically driven rotor system with a simple hydraulic system layout and fewer drive chains and belts than competitive combines. That leads to less time spent on daily maintenance and more time available for harvesting crop.

Left Side Shield

Large, left side shield is hinged and opening is assisted by gas charged struts. With the side shield open you have complete visibility of the left side drive system components for easy inspection and maintenance . Batteries are located low on the left side of the combine for added convenience. An electrical system master switch is located next to the batteries. Combine electrical system can be completely immobilized without removing batteries.
