Choose Header widths of 25 ft (7.6 m) to 36 ft (10.9 m) to maximize your combine capacity.

Header reel is driven by a hydrostatic motor powered by the combine hydraulic system. Reel speed can be set to match crop conditions and ground speed from the operator’s seat.

A speed sensor allows reel speed to be displayed on the in cab monitor in either rpm or mph for added operator convenience.

Electrically powered reel fore and aft positioning with in-cab operator control quickly positions the reel to ensure smooth crop flow into the Header as crop conditions change.

3000 Corn Heads

Stalk roll flutes are reversible for long life and individual row units are slip clutch protected for peace of mind.

The convenience of single point, electrically adjusted stripper plates to ensure optimum corn head and combine performance regardless of crop conditions. A convenient switch on the operators hydro handle let’s you change stripper plate width on the go.

4200 Series Pick-Up Heads

Are swathed crops a part of your operation? If so, the 4200 Series pick-up headers are just right for you! The 4200 Series feature a strong welded one piece frame for a durable long life. Available in 13ft (4 m) header width, with your choice of 14 ft (4.3 m) “Swathmaster” or “Rake – Up” pick – up attachment.

4200 Pickup heads

A new 15 ft (4.6 m) header model, with a choice of a 16 f t (4.9 m) “Swathmaster” or “Rake – up” pick – up attachment, provides the perfect match for the larger combine models.

These headers provide improved feeding by positioning the cross auger close to the combine feed chain area.

For quick hook up, all hook up points, locking pins, PTO and single point hydraulic and electrical connections are conveniently located on the left side of the header. The drive system is protected by a slip clutch integrated into the drive shaft.

5100 Series Draper Heads

The 5100 Series Draper Headers are designed to quickly mount to all three models of 9000 Series Combines.

Mechanically driven by the combine, a self contained hydraulic system incorporated into the header adapter drives the header drapers and the 60 in. (1,524 mm) wide feed deck draper to ensure smooth crop flow into the front of the feed chain area.

7200 Series Rigid Heads/8200 Series Flex Heads

Available from 20 ft (6.1 m) to 35 ft (10.6 m) widths, the 7200/8200 Series straight cut Header offer a new level of strength and performance. They start with the redesigned and fully welded main frame to the new SCH epicyclic sickle drive which ensures smooth, inline high torque cutting action for high speed harvesting of high yielding crops.

Rigid Cutterbar

The large 30 in. (762 mm) diameter cross auger with 7 in. (178 mm) deep auger flighting and full width fingers handles:

• high yielding crop,
• assuring smooth even crop flow into the combine feed elevator for high capacity non-stop harvesting.

Feathering sheets on the Model 8200 Flex Header perfectly position incoming crop on the header floor allowing the reel to gently sweep the crop into the cross auger for smooth, even feeding .

Optional on the Model 8200, SCH sickle and guards offer a unique double cut feature that increases cutting efficiency and overall harvest productivity. Sickle maintenance is reduced and wear life is extended .

Long wearing polyurethane skid plates are standard equipment on the Model 8200 and help keep the header operating at the selected height when operating over rocky or uneven terrain.

Orbit Reel

The new optional orbit reel can be field installed in any HCC reel. This design brings the reel tines closer to the auger before exiting the feeding area. Changing the traditional circular path of the tines with this new path, the gap triangle between the cutter bar, auger and traditional reels is reduced providing a positive material flow to the auger. Material buildup on the cutter bar and slugging is significantly reduced.
