| Starting with a 71 in. (1.80 m) long, high capacity reciprocating grain pan, threshed and separated crop is delivered to the front of the cleaning shoe. This simple system is efficient and eliminates issues associated with auger type conveyer systems used in competitive combines. A high-capacity turbine style cleaning fan keeps the cleaning shoe area fully pressurized for maximum performance in heavy yield conditions. Fan speed is adjustable from the operator’s seat and allows you to select the correct air volume for the crop being harvested. Two fan speed ranges are provided. Fan speed can be set to an even slower speed range for small light weight seed crops by installing optional slow down pulley kit. Clean grain and returns elevator chain tensioning is easily accessed from the bottom of the elevator housings allowing it to be done at ground level. No climbing and stretching to keep chains tight. For additional crop cleaning, the clean grain elevator can be equipped with an optional perforated elevator boot that allows dust and dirt to fall out on the ground as crop is being conveyed to the grain bin. All combine augers are chrome plated for long wear life and balanced for true, quiet running. |
